Event Description
Since most previously scheduled events in April, including the SE and PE exams, have been cancelled or post-poned, the SEAC YMG wanted to take advantage of this unique opportunity to connect with the SEAC Community. We will be hosting a virtual game night/happy hour on Thursday, April 9th, starting at 7pm, where we can come together to socialize and play Quiplash.
Please RSVP by end of day Wednesday, April 8th. A rough head-count will help us decide if we want to play as one big group or use the Zoom "break-out room" feature to play in smaller groups so more people can submit responses.
Game Description
Quiplash is a “Cards Against Humanity” or "Apples to Apples" style game that allows participants to make up their own responses to prompts generated by the game. There are no rules or correct answers. You just say whatever you want! Your answer will be pitted against another player’s answer in a head-to-head battle. Other players – and even an audience of up to 10,000 people – then vote on their favorite answer. It’s that simple. And yes, you read that right: while the game is for 3-8 players, it supports up to 10,000 active participants in the Audience, all of whom have the ability to affect the vote! More than 8 people at your party? Nobody has to sit out.
